Name: Executive Island Bank: S Warehouse: B Major: Yes Benefactor: World Government Turf: West City Components: World Government|Minkmen|Fishmen|Winged|Long-Leg|Long-Arm|Terrorist|Five Great Families|Hands|Arms|Thieves Guild Environments: N/A Size: Large Inhabited: Yes Description: In opposition to the rural country vibes from its territories, Executive Island is a fully developed advanced urbanized sprawl. Paved roads, the hum of basic automobiles, the glow of electric lights, Executive Island is quite literally a metropolis with countless towering buildings made both of metal and stone. It is the hub of business in the West Blue and perhaps the business capital in all the Four Blues. There are big time corporations that have monopolized and eaten smaller similar business and there are smaller business ran by the island's inhabitants who are all apart of the Worker's Pledge fighting for a bigger piece of the pie.
The people live in tightly packed apartments and are educated as much as their job requires them to be, so if they do have above average knowledge it tends to be specialized and narrow. They seem to always have a scowl on their faces as they go about their day since no one wants to appear weak or soft and be target for petty crime.
It's busy at all hours of the day, though certain times circulate different crowds of people. During the day, it's mostly buzzing with workers and some tourist. At night, those with criminal minds and those looking to bring in said violators seem to be out more than anyone else. This doesn't only count Marines, but also city-born vigilantes. In an environment where there's always an alley to slip into or a hole in the wall spot to duck and hide, it makes crime especially slippery and hard to regulate. Even with no real knowledge of the inner-workings of things, people will try to steal new tech, specifically engines and then sell them on the Black Market. Even when the youth throw away their Worker's Pledge privileges, they find new sponsors in the Black Market who'll pay them to act as pawns in their gangs to commit whatever crimes they're told or paid to do. This keeps the Marines on a never ending hunt for the head of the snake, since they only ever catch uneducated street-punks while the real masterminds call the shots from the shadows, sometimes not even on the island.
Lately, the newest threat that has put fear in the community are terrorist syndicates who commit horrendous acts of violence on undeserving people. Encyclopedia: Worker's Pledge Lore: Birth of the World Market. - More Information on Executive Island. Technology: Mighty
