Components: Hayashin Kingdom: An iron-fisted ruling class made up of samurai. Samurai can liberate citizens from the working class to become their vassals, however they rarely choose to do so unless that person has something great to offer them. This class is headed by Shogun Tora Hayashin.
Azure Iron Mines: These mines are the lifeblood of the towns built around them. Miners are paid based on how much iron they can mine from the generous veins running underneath the island. This strong material makes up the city's economy. Much of the iron is hidden under ocean water, making fishmen the ideal workers to mine out this material.

Their criminal work is permitted by the Kingdom in return for their services in protecting the island from invading services. 13 HIT is also responsible for distributing the weapons created by the Hayashin Kingdom.
