It's a Pirate Country, a territory under control of the Ayala Pirates, known for their tremendous size and large fleet of ships. The cities of Aya Land are rowdy and mostly lawless, so long as nobody touches the Ayala Pirates, who are completely off limits. Much of the money on the island comes from the pirate crew and their earnings, as the island has very little natural farmland. The public mood is pretty restless. Though the Ayala Pirates are on the whole goodhearted, their status as a pirate territory attracts a lot of invaders.
Components: Ayala Pirates: A good natured fleet of pirates, boasting eight ships and enough men for each to be fully manned. Their crimes mostly consist of raids and piracy against trade ships. The only faction they're careful not to upset are the Underworld trading ships. Captain Mala "Sing-song" Ayala is known to be generous with her spoils and accepting of any strong crew members.
Long-Leg Villages: The native citizens of Burgun Island originally lived meager lives of fishing and careful farming. They've since incorporated themselves with the Ayala Pirates, with many warriors joining her crew.
Ten-Eye Hunters: A thieving guild that's famous for their elaborate heists. A cut of their earnings are paid to the Ayala Pirates as tribute for living on their island. It's not public knowledge that they make their headquarters on Burgun Island.
Cabin Deep: A newly installed Lips house. It's quickly become popular for its women and drinks with the Ayala Pirates. Spies working in Cabin Deep supply information to both the pirates and the thieve's guild about world events, trade routes and the location of miscellaneous valuables. It's run a by a new and ambitious broker, Tazzan Duke a.k.a. "Angle." Encyclopedia: Pig Salmon | Bullet Crawdads | Red Cheetah | Therus Spice | Atagonus Powder Lore: Burgun Island was one of synchronous living between the native long-legs and the wildlife of the island. After a particularly dangerous encounter with the marines, The Ayala Pirates docked two of their remaining ships in the lake deep in Burgun Island, allowing them to elude capture. Their presence on the island was a point of great contention between the tribes before Captain Ayala convinced them of a trade deal that would get the long-legs out of their hunter-gatherer lifestyle. With the World Government unable to seige the land successfully, it has become a hotspot for criminals to convene. Technology: Common
