STAMINA Stamina is the fuel we use to perform Skills. It is most closely associated with Endurance & Durability. Naturally as we run out of Stamina our ability to operate at our peak degrades and eventually once we have no more Stamina, our character's fall unconscious.
SKILL COST The cost of Skills when using Stamina is dictated by two things. The Tier of the Skill and the Exertion of the Skill. There are 5 Tiers to Skills and also 5 different levels of Exertion.
TIERS Tiers represent the degree of knowledge and mastery one has over their powers to use them to their fullest ability. These Tiers come from a specific type of Job Traits which are what determine one's capability to use the five Tiers of Skills.
Basic - 15 Stamina
Skilled- 25 Stamina
Technical- 50 Stamina
Expert - 75 Stamina
Hero - 125 Stamina
EXERTION Exertion measures how much effort/Stamina one puts into a Skill when they use it. This can be used to make a Skill stronger or weaker when you use it. There are five levels of Exertion.
Small - x2
Moderate - x3
Big - x4
Super - x5
Extreme - x6
STAMINA GROWTH By default a player has 150 Stamina. Through various means a player can increase their character's Stamina.
Natural Growth As one's Total Doriki increases, naturally, they gain more Stamina.
50,000 Total Doriki: +50 Stamina
125,000 Total Doriki: +50 Stamina
500,000 Total Doriki: +100 Stamina
1,000,000 Total Doriki: +100 Stamina
2,500,000 Total Doriki: +100 Stamina
Common & Ancient Zoan When characters who have consumed Zoan fruits that aren't mythical put Doriki into their Devil Fruit, they haphazardly increase their Stamina pool.
5,000 Doriki: +100 Stamina
25,000 Doriki: +100 Stamina
100,000 Doriki: +150 Stamina
250,000 Doriki: +150 Stamina
Endurance & Durability Traits When character's obtain the Stamina+ Trait, they increase their Stamina Pool.

Lvl. 3 Stamina+: +100 Stamina

Lvl. 5 Stamina+: +150 Stamina
EFFICIENCY This will detail how the Doriki of our Attributes are effected when we reach certain thresholds of remaining Stamina.
60% Remaining Stamina: -30% Doriki Debuff
50% Remaining Stamina: -50% Doriki Debuff
30% Remaining Stamina: -80% Doriki Debuff
0% Remaining Stamina: Unconscious
The reductions are by 10s of percents and are to be applied directly to an Attribute's Doriki amount. They operate like Stat Allowances with Skills, meaning these reductions of 10s of percents can be freely distributed to the Attribute(s) of a player's choice. i.e. Luffy has 60% of his total Stamina remaining, he decides to take a 10%- reduction in his Strength & Power (10,000 Doriki ->9,000 Doriki) and -20% to his Endurance & Durability (10,000 Doriki ->8,000 Doriki).
A player cannot change which Stats are being reduced once they have been chosen, until the topic comes to a close or they recover their Stamina back up to 100%. Additionally, the Devil Fruit Attribute cannot be assigned any reductions. RECOVERY AND LOSS This section talks about the things that happen that causes us to recover and lose Stamina.
ITEMS Items that character's create via Crafting can be used to recover or even temporarily increase someone's maximum Stamina. Examples include food items made by Cooks or medicines and drugs made by Doctors.
PASSIVE RECOVERY When a round of posting comes to a close and a player makes their next post, they have the potential to recover up to 30% of their total Stamina.
No Damage Taken: If the character suffers no damage at the end of the posting round, exception of Minor, they can recover 10% of their total Stamina.
No Skill Use: If the character doesn't use Skills during their posts, they can recover 10% of their total Stamina.
Minimal Exertion: If the character doesn't perform physically taxing actions, running, lifting heavy things, dodging attacks, etc, they can recover 10% of their total Stamina.
DAMAGE When character's suffer damage, according to the classification of the damage, they lose a certain percentage of their total Stamina. Just as the severity of damage must be agreed upon between players who cause and receive damage, the amount of percentage of Stamina lost must also be agreed upon. This is a device is in place to allow players to negotiate. If someone is opting to take less severe damage, then they should be more open to suffering a larger Stamina loss and vice versa.
Minor: N/A
Moderate: -5% - 15%
Major: -20% - 30%
Severe: -30% - 50%
Fatal: -50% - 100%
VIGOR Vigor is a form of pseudo Stamina that is associated with Spirit & Willpower. Unlike Stamina, Vigor is only useful when damage is taken and cannot be used as fuel for Skills. As opposed to losing Stamina, players will first lose Vigor equal to the amount of Stamina that they should have lost. i.e. if you have a total of 500 Stamina and 200 Vigor, take Severe Damage and agree to losing 50% of your Stamina(250 Stamina), instead you will first lose all 200 of your Vigor, then only lose 50 Stamina. All characters begin with 0 Vigor and only gain this value through the Vigor+ Trait.
Lvl. 1 Vigor+: +50 Stamina
Lvl. 2 Vigor+: +50 Stamina
Lvl. 3 Vigor+: +100 Stamina
Lvl. 4 Vigor+: +150 Stamina
Lvl. 5 Vigor+: +150 Stamina
VIGOR RECOVERY There is currently no way to recover lost Vigor.
