Sub-Objective: Learn about creating a country from Weregura. Plot: Dulan bounty hunters captured the infamous revolutionary, Weregura and have him imprisoned in the 61st Marine Branch's jail. Rigel seeks out the criminal's guidance, but must first liberate him and his subordinates from their jail. In Rigel's way stands officers of the 61st Marine Branch and Ensign Iris Trembley. Wishlist: +Trait Points +Relations to Weregura Cast: PCs: Rigel Larrat, Iris Trembley NPCs:
Personality: Weregura is a cunning, tricky man with a knack for bluffs and lies. It's his natural disposition to lie and grift, but he doesn't take much pride in doing so, preferring to be upright and admirable. In his mind exists the image of a hero that others can look up to or look forward to. He wants to live up to that idea and live a life of no regrets. To this end, he seeks out different kinds of justices to see which best fit him. Though he tries to be this optimistic hero, Weregura can be easily depressed or unmotivated by simple things or misfortunes that hold him back and drag him down. He also has the eye of an explorer, hungry to see and investigate places never before charted. This comes from his hope of introducing others to something great. He wants to find new treasures or places that can be exposed for the whole world to find. Though he's been in leadership positions before, Weregura gets nervous speaking in front of crowds or groups, his voice falling much quieter. Inside him is a great deal of guilt over past failures and villainous actions. As a result, he's very careful as to when he resorts to violence, preferring only to use such means when something useful can be gained for a just cause. Aspirations: Weregura wishes to be a hero.
Home Island: Java Island
Faction: Revolutionary Background: Weregura was born to a criminal family, one of modest means on Java Island. Even as a young kid, he was bound to accompany his family smuggling drugs inside and off the island. Weregura always thought that his family was capable of controlling much more territory than they actually did. He worked to expand their drug trade through ambitious routes and operations. It wasn’t until he was a young teenager that he was allowed to direct these operations personally. What he expected was to be treated as a villain for distributing these drugs to poor communities, but he was seen as a hero instead. Children begged him to take them on as his apprentice. Addicts begged for his product to bring them salvation. They showed a ruthless sneak like himself as a hero. That idea made him sick. Weregura was fine being a villain but couldn’t handle the expectations of being an idol. He begged with his family to stop their operations and use what money they had to help the island instead. Only a few defected, but most kicked the young teenager out. With his resources, Weregura created a village isolated from that criminality, in opposition to the posturing of the Holy Army and the villainy of his family’s drug trade. In this quest, he attracted a great deal of people and developed a small state, “Tso Town.” However, the Holy Army was displeased that a known criminal was running a village on the island. They destroyed its infrastructure, and in the ashes, the other revolutionaries were either killed or captured by predatory bounty hunters. Weregura, with only a few subordinates was arrested and taken to Dulan Island a prisoner, the dream of his hopeful country crushed. Relations: Bounty: 4,000,000 Beli
Type: INPC Rank: D Name: Shamar Fri Age: 32 Gender: Male Race: Human Height: 6'4" Weight: 215 lbs.
Appearance:
Personality: Shamar is a pacifist, a free spirited non-confrontational person. He's always more likely to avoid conflict and high tension situations, preferring to run away from them. He likes to read and travel the island in his skimmer, even if it's only in solitude. Shamar tends to avoid the spotlight and get away from attention upon himself to avoid his true identity being discovered. Though he was raised a fighter, he's come to much prefer more passive activities like reading to occupy his free time. Unlike many people on Dulan, he stays afloat of current events and watches even the smallest developments very closely. With his strong memory, this means he's adept at memorizing and keeping track of celebrities of any magnitude. Aspirations: To live free of his family name.
Home Island: Dulan Island
Faction: Unaffiliated Background: Sakeith Fri is the great grandson of Adammu Fri, the original conqueror of Dulan Island, who later changed his name to Shamar. His parents were the first true leaders of Dulan, that settled and tamed its land for more normal people instead of the powerful warriors that originally called it home. Shamar grew up in that peaceful era, when people flocked to the island in droves, heavily populating it in a few generations and creating a culture of freedom and strength. His family has long been defined by its strength, and Shamar was poised to join its ranks with his own immense power. He grew up with a great deal of talent for fighting. He lived his childhood as an explorer, venturing about the island and learning to love it. When he was only a young teenager, the World Government found their way towards the island with plans to take it for themselves. Shamar's parents, uncles, aunts, cousins and grandparents all dedicated themselves to repelling their invasion. In the ensuing battle, the Fri family was nearly entirely killed, Shamar being the only survivor as a boy. He was pressured by different factions of the island, some pushing him to continue the fight and seek vengeance for his family, and some trying to convince him to seek compromise as the impromptu leader of the island. Unable to decide the fate of the island as a boy, he fled their pressure, and escaped into the hidden depths of the island, living on his own for a short while. He re-emerged as a loner into society, taking up business as a river guide and living humbly, with a new name. Relations: Meyye Cheihine - 65
Type: INPC Rank: E Name: Meyye Cheihine Age: 16 Gender: Female Race: Human Height: 5'8" Weight: 111 lbs. Appearance:
Personality: Meyye is a sarcastic and easily annoyed person. She's cold and scathing in her words, often trying to put distance between herself and whomever she's with. She hates her job at the Bird Houses, but fears the Underworld too deeply to ever actively vocalize that. She holds and espouses a philosophy called "the current of the world," which she feels dictates the lives of all people. According to her, way back when, the first sentient life made the first real decision. Everybody after that has been a mere subject to the whim of that decision, caught up in the ripple that became an overpowering wave. People who fight back against the current that dictates their life are swept up and destroyed by its power. This thinking helps her to cope with the harsh reality of her life, even if she secretly hopes it not to be true. Aspirations: To break the current of the world.
Home Island: Dulan Island
Faction: Underworld Background: Meyye was born into crushing debt left behind from her parents. She's lived her life to pay back what they owed, working a broad swath of odd jobs from a young age. Even as a child, she was rather serious, and was trained to believe in the "current of the world" a force that pushes and pulls people along their lives. Meyye has never tried to escape this current. She goes with the flow of what seems most natural in her life. In an effort to hurry along the repayment of her debt, she found work with Lord La in the Bird Houses at the age of 13. She'd anticipated life as a spy or information gatherer, but was instead forced into a life as a prostitute for extremely unsavory clientele. Her parents tried to fight against this decision, but were punished harshly for their insubordination. The family was separated across the Four Blues. Meyye merely accepted her role in the world's current, taking her new, harrowing lifestyle with no push back. At the age of 16, she's still sixteen million beli away from buying her freedom from the Underworld. Relations: Lord La - 70 Underworld - 70 Bounty: N/A
Type: INPC Rank: E Name: Murray G. Soden Age: 12 Gender: Male Race: Human Height: 4'8" Weight: 80 lbs. Appearance:
Personality: Murray is a very happy and social child with a prodigious mind for building ships. He's more passionate about lovingly repairing, restoring and remodeling boats and skimmers, but is perfectly capable of designing and crafting new ones as well. He thinks most people are weird for not being able to hear the inner voices of ships when they're trying to communicate, as opposed to him being the weird one when he's talking to inanimate objects. Murray hates ships created for violence and fighting, because the anger and grief of their voices scares him so deeply. For this reason, he usually isn't told what a new ship he's designing will be used for. Someday, he dreams of traveling the world on a trustworthy ship, endeavoring to hear the inner voices of every boat in the world. Murray imagines that collection of voices will give way to the perfect design. Aspirations: To speak with every ship in the world.
Home Island: Dulan Island Faction: Pay Mud Company Background: Murray was a genius child that was born with a sense of attachment to the water. His family were part of a small tribe of fishermen that sailed between the different cities of Dulan, selling their hauls to the markets. He always felt much more comfortable on the sea than on the land, even as a baby only stopping his bawling when he was on a boat in the water. When he was old enough to help catch fish, he worked hard, but couldn't help but notice the "voices" of ships, even on the small river skimmers. Murray even thought himself able to speak to boats and communicate with them. He was able to change and remodel his family's skimmer to hold more fish and move quicker through the water. When the new model was seen by a member of the Pay Mud Company, they demanded to find the designer of the skimmer. Noah was quickly hired and trained to work in New Friro at the age of 10. Since then, he's swiftly risen through the ranks as a secret genius of the company, producing many new developments for the people of Dulan, and getting his family out of poverty with his money. Where once had stood the Bird House, splinters, ash and debris remained. The docks and the building had been completely demolished by the Cipher Pol agent that had stormed through. No clear bodies were left behind at the scene, but Rigel wasn't sure if he should be pleased or disappointed by that. A vengeful Jukebox could still be out there. With nothing left among the ruins of the Bird House, Rigel walked back towards the river skimmer. Murray, Meyye and Sakeith sat atop it, waiting for him to return.
"Satisfied?" Meyye asked him, "I'm glad to see it in pieces."
"I'll be more comfortable when Jukebox is taken care of too," Rigel replied, taking his seat back on the boat. "If he was arrested, how would we know?" With the four of them taking shelter and hiding out in the abandoned village of Dulan's old towns with Concetta and her people, they'd been totally cut off from the flow of information on the island. It was fine while Rigel was recovering from his fight, but now that they felt active, it made him restless. Taking action made him feel much safer than waiting for Jukebox to eventually retaliate.
Sakeith thought for a moment before responding, "We could check the Tally Board in New Friro." His mention of that board earned no recognition, so he continued, explaining himself. "The bounty hunters and the marines keep a tally of every criminal with a bounty secured. At the end of each month, the higher number of collected bounties puts one as the winner. Jukebox had a bounty, so, if he was arrested, or even killed and confirmed dead, he'll be up there."
Rigel nodded. The idea of returning to New Friro wasn't the most appealing concept, but not totally unacceptable. "Sounds fine to me, can you get us there?"
Meyye interrupted him, clutching the rudder tight. "I can," she said quickly. She dutifully took control of the skimmer, steering it from the ruins of the docks and towards New Friro. Murray and Sakeith did most of the talking, casually conversing about boats or the weather or something. Rigel didn't pay too much attention, trying to avoid Meyye's gaze. He felt awkward around ever since she'd asked to join with his crew and leave Dulan Island. Even for going on this venture, Rigel had wanted to travel with just Sakeith, but Meyye had insisted on tagging along, bringing Murray too. It was clear she wanted to show they could all work as a cohesive crew of some kind.
From Concetta's people, they'd gotten on some discrete clothes for their venture away from the safe village. Rigel wore some dark lenses to obscure his distinctive green eyes and Murray had drawn a hood tight over his head, hiding the tribal tattoos on his face. Through these disguises or sheer luck, they made their way to the Tally Board without being noticed, examining its contents. Several bounty posters plastered a red and blue side of a large board. Pirates, terrorists, bandits and all other ilk of criminal lined the wall of secured bounties, with a large number totalling each side's score. Jukebox wasn't clearly shown on it.
Rigel was scared how easily the idea of him being posted on this bored, locked up in another prison seemed. He studied the posters with pity, imagining which ones might be as innocent as he was when he was first arrested. One stuck out to him, a brown skinned man arrested for the creation of an insurgent state. Rigel more closely examined the poster.
"What is it?" Murray asked, more interested in being noticed by the crowd than the posters on the wall.
"Somebody I need to meet," Rigel said. Jukebox wasn't on either side of the board. The four quickly reconvened and Rigel showed them the poster of Weregura Rommel. "Sorry guys, but I think there's one more errand I need to run."

Iris was going through the check in at her temporary marine post at Duran Island, the mans hands roamed her body slowly and was feeling a bit more intimate then what a marine body check would usually be earning him a deep scowl and a spark of electricity from her causing the man to back away, "Your all clear.." Iris bowed "Of course, you have a good day" She said carrying on as if nothing had happened, she continued through the post as her fellow marine's stared at her, as an official officer she got some respect but as a mink officer it was a two-faced street between showing her the respect her rank deserved while at the same time finding ways to desrespect her for it.
Usually she would not take what the man did lightly but today wasn't the day to be playing around, on her way to the island she had been briefly detailed about her newest assignment while on the island. Security detail on a man named Weregura Rommel, she didn't get too much of the important information but apparently his only crime was created a entity that governed itself outside the Holy Army and World Government. That brought her back to that night..the night she felt she would never escape the chains of being a slave, only to be rescued by a man working for an organization that did things without consent of the World Government, perhaps this Weregura Rommel was also one of the agents of the very same organization or held the same idea's.
She had read what was on his file that was opened to her, apparently he was originally part of some criminal's family that dealt in drug trade, he separated from them taking a few defectors and created a small nation named Tso Town. Throughout the file there not a single sentence that indicated Tso Town had done anything particularly illegal to warrant the arrest other then defy the Holy Army and no consent of the World Government, the thought of it made Iris very upset but as a marine officer she didn't show it and played the part. Had it not been for that night the very same World Government she worked for would have allowed her to remain a slave because it was some god's right for a Celestical Dragon to take whatever they wanted whenever they wanted, the very reason she became and officer was to make a lawful change to a backwards system.
Curiosity peaked on who this man really was that a report couldn't possible indicated Iris went to where the man was being held meeting up with the officer patrolling his cell, her eyes looked inwards towards the cell to see him with a face deep in depression or perhaps regret, "I would like a minute to talk to the prisoner." Iris said with her eyes falling back onto the officer, he overlooked her for a moment and was almost keen on saying something but the only thing he actually did was open the door for the room in which she walked inside before he closed it and went back to his stoic stance.
she walked through the room getting called insults from the other inmate's before finally ending up in front of Weregura, she looked over him for a moment as he was completely unaware or perhaps ignoring her presence and it was then she finally decided to say something, "Was it worth it? To build a separate state with no consent of anyone with a past connected and direct descendent to a criminal's family? Surely you must have known what might have happened to you if you did it." The man finally looked up with her, not in anger but out of confusion for her question, "Why do you care.." he asked her but she stood there for a moment before walking away grabbing a chair with her only arm and then placing it in front of his cell taking a seat and leaning towards him beyond the cell, "Because, I believe in a better system. Do you?"

Rigel, Meyye, Murray and Sakeith ventured dangerously close to the 61st Marine branch headquarters. For much of Rigel's time on Dulan, he'd done all he could to stay far away from the base. Natural predators in marine uniforms patrolled its premises, either idly chatting or performing some combination of chores. A few small squads would be sent out into the island's depths, scanning the cities or responding to reports of criminal activity across the island. With the nature of Dulan, such calls were prevalent. The modest prison inside the headquarters was hidden from public view, making it hard to tell what the best entry point might be. Knowing how strong some of the marines were, a head on attack with their ragtag pack didn't seem too clever.
"Okay," Rigel finally said to his three companions, "Who's got a plan?"
The others groaned in frustration. "Aren't you on the run for breaking out from a prison?" Meyye asked, "This is supposed to be your specialty, not ours!" She cautioned raising her voice, but looked around quickly, wary of anybody eavesdropping. The four of them stood nestled in an alley shielded from the early day's sunlight, a few people passing by would give them an odd glance, but nothing more inquisitive.
"I was just opening my door to suggestions," Rigel said. "We're not exactly equipped to siege a marine base. If we're not thoughtful about this, we'll be walking into marine hands." Considering the potential disaster this venture could inflict upon them, the pirate shook his head. "This can't be worth it. We don't need to talk to this guy."
"Be honest," Murray spoke up, "if you were alone, would you do it?" Meyye and Sakeith seemed to be thinking similarly, waiting for Rigel's answer, which was hesitant to be heard. "Because, if you would do it alone, then you'd better be willing to do it with us." The pirate wanted to protest, but it was hard to argue with a kid's earnest expression. He still wanted to call off the plan, or even let the other three return so he could go forward with finding this Weregura on his own.
Sakeith noticed the change in expression, pouncing on it, "You fought to find a freedom for all of us. Take some responsibility now. How'd you break your last prison?"
They'd transitioned from arguing about whether or not to do it swiftly into how they were going to get a face to face interview. Rigel couldn't keep up to argue with them, nor did he particularly want to after listening to their words. "Last time... I needed just about every person in the prison to go havoc on their jail. But, I don't know anybody in there. Rigel thought as he spoke, the image of an idea forming. "The problem is getting into the jail with all four of us."
Meyye laughed. "Somehow, I don't think it'll be all that hard to get a criminal into a jail." She pulled Rigel's glasses off of his face, revealing his reflective irises. "Sakeith and I will pose as bounty hunters," she motioned for the bigger man to remove his large coat, handing it off to Rigel instead. "We caught Rigel trying to steal our skimmer and brought him for the money."
Murray spoke up quickly, "But, the marines are looking for me too. They won't put me in the same prison, they want to have me build them ships."
"I see," Rigel caught on. "You won't be a hunter or the hunted," he explained, donning the big coat, "you're my ticket out." Murray beamed at being given such a cool sounding role, reenergized for the plan. "Once Murray and I get into the prison proper, Sakeith and Meyye can cover us from anybody else barging in. From there, we just talk to Weregura and reconvene outside the prison."
"How're you going to break back out?" Sakeith asked, trying to maintain caution in the face of the others' mounting excitement.
"Same way I did at Balloon Flock," Rigel answered. "I'll just make some friends."

Weregura stared at her for a moment before looking down then shifting his eyes around, Iris had questioned enough criminals and free men and women alike to know that her question had deep judgement of morality behind It but for her their was no greater way in getting the true nature of the person she spoke too. "I, wanted to make something better..something better than what my parents were making with all their resources, I was doing something terrible and they praised me for it..at that moment I knew, I had to be diffrent." Iris began to hum to herself for a moment as she stared at Weregura,
"I see, so you saw your families injustice and what it caused to those around you and decided to make a change even if it meant defying them and turning your back on everything you love because it made you feel better about your actions even if they were considered illegal?" Iris said bluntly. officially she knew she couldn't help him escape his predicament, making an entire state without government authorization is a red flag but un-officially? She could respect what he was doing, it takes a special type of person in the world to do what he did. At this point the inmate just looked down right guility as Iris kept staring him down which wasn't her intention.
She sighed and began to relax and lean back into the chair, "Well damn, that's one hell of a reason" Weregura looked at her even more confused but a sparkle of interest could be seen, "Don't get me wrong, you're still going to jail and nothing can be done about that. But as far as the explanations of why someone has been sentenced to jail or gotten into it with the World Government for breaking authority your reason is about the most humane I have ever seen without trying to give some sob story to get yourself out of this.
Iris stood up and walked over to the guards section, their was a metal pot in which she grabbed and began pouring out a black liquid, "What are you doing.." Weregura asked and Iris looked back, "Giving you something you might not ever have again or probably never had before, coffee." The inmate shot up and rushed to the bars as Iris walked back with two cups, "Coffee! I heard of it but only nobles have the luxury of having it? Are you trying to pin theft on me too!!?" Iris tilted her head, the man seemed frantic as if she had made some elaborate scheme to pin coffee stealing on him, "Your in a cell, even if I was going to try to pin coffee stealing on you, at the moment you have no way of leaving your cell so what would be the point?" Iris handed the cup to him filled with the coffee through the food slot, "Unlike you, Marines have a lot of.. luxury items as their disposable for being the line that protects plenty of nobles from pirates and other things. Consider this a final luxury before you're sent to prison." Iris sat down and began drinking her cup of coffee taking a long sip before relaxing and releasing a blissful sigh from her lips.
She would wait for him to finish his coffee in peaceful silence before asking for the cup back and standing up to walk back the set back to the guards table and then walking right back to look at him, "Well, I got everything I needed to know, I suppose I'll take my leave now. It's a shame..if circumstances were different we could be open allies. Such a shame.." Iris lamented as she walked out of the cell rooms on her way to train with some of the other marines while awaiting her next orders.

Sakeith and Meyye clutched Rigel's arms tight, walking through the front doors of the marine headquarters. Recruits and troops quickly realized what was happening and made their way inside. Some stuck around, forming a crowd around the pirate being brought into the building. "That's right!" Sakeith announced, a cocky tone overtaking his typically calm voice. "Twelve million beli bounty coming through! Get some chains!" Some of the marines hefted their rifles at Rigel, anxiously anticipating him breaking free of their clutches, but Rigel was only pretending to resist their hold, angrily complaining the whole time.
An older marine, holding the wanted poster brought to him by some other trooper, checked Rigel's face against the picture in the poster. There was no mistaking it, he was the pirate in question. "Well, I'm never happy to see the bounty hunters catching someone we didn't," the marine complained, "but congratulations all the same. Bring him into that holding cell, we'll get him processed and you paid."
The holding cell was a claustrophobic, musty room, with two doors, one of which he was thrown into, and the other which led to the small jail inside of the headquarters. It led to Weregura. Half a dozen marines followed Rigel's unceremonious entrance, shackling his arms and picking him up from the ground. Their split operation was working. Sakeith and Meyye had an opening on the outside to work their way in, while Murray was ready to enact his half of the plan inside the jail.
"On your feet!" one guard lifted Rigel up, looking the man up and down. "You don't look very injured for a captured pirate," he remarked. "What'd they do? Catch you drunk?" Rigel didn't answer. The door to the jail needed to be opened before he could give Murray the signal. This served to only make the marine more suspicious. "Keep your barrels trained on him! Until he's inside a cell!" Four guns trained their business ends to Rigel's skull. It was becoming irritating.
The suspicious marine, opened the door to the jail. A wave of applause greeted Rigel. The pirates and criminals were greeting Rigel with eager clapping and laughing. "Welcome to death row!" shouted one of them. Similar jeering came out from the crowd. They were treating their imprisonment like one big game, it was a special kind of coping. Only a few cells stayed quiet and somber, unable to shake the reality of their situations. Rigel paid special attention to them. Near the end of their walk to what would be Rigel's cell, Rigel found what he was looking for.
"Weregura!" Rigel shouted, walking away from the marine's directions and towards the criminal's cells. The dark skinned man cocked an eyebrow, putting down some drink, hiding it from the marines flanking Rigel. "I'd love to talk, if you get a second!"
"Huh? What's making me so popular today?"
"Get away from that cell, pirate!"
Rigel turned away from Weregura. "Don't worry, I think we can find a more hospitable setting. Murray?" Rigel lowered his stance, and the young kid dropped out from under the pirate's coat, landing on all fours to the stone floor. The marines were shocked by the sudden accomplice, now skittering through the prison and running towards them. "Just one second," Rigel requested politely. While the marines were distracted by Murray, he leapt into action, pouncing from where he stood to one of the gunman. Even with his arms restrained, he could still swing down both fists onto the marine's head, sending him crumpled to the stone. Murray snatched up his rifle and was immediately recognized as more of a threat.
"Not the kid! Shoot the pirate!" Rigel kicked one guard into another, their rifle firing like an alarm ringing through the small prison. The prisoners were in an uproar now, cheering on Rigel and his kid. The suspicious marine felt the turning of the tide and ran off. Rigel couldn't pursue, struggling to take down the other marines with his hands cuffed.
"You're not gonna shoot?" Weregura shouted from behind his jail bars. Murray realized he was being spoken to, and shook his head, refusing to use the deadly weapon. "Give it here!" The man's arms poked between the bars, reaching for the rifle. Murray tossed it to him, and Weregura strained his head against the bars, trying to get his eye behind the iron sights. He sucked in a gentle breath before letting it go and squeezing the trigger. The second round of gunfire had the fleeing marine face down in the stone, and the prisoners losing all composure in their glee. "Don't take a gun if you can't pull the trigger. These things aren't toys."

Iris made her way out of the cell holding rooms and then gave a nod to the guards thanking them but nothing more since she could see the obvious lingering feelings of disgust at her presence, she wanted to go train with the other marines but more importantly she wanted to train with Ymir, she hadn't seen him in a long while since they were assigned to different training units but with her recent promotion to Ensign and with Ymir also being one they could now make contact together.
Just as she was making her way to the main hall her pathway was abruptly cut off as other officers began filling up the corridors as they mumbled to each other about something that was going on, she was super annoyed that her path was cut off keeping her away from getting to where Ymir was in the building but at the same time she was also curious as to what could be causing such a big crowd to gather. "What's going on.." Iris asked walking up to one of her fellow officers, "Apparently some bounty hunter caught a 12,000,000M bounty. Tsk! Making marine's look like chumps!" The officer responded with a tinge of anger as Iris hummed to herself, a 12 million beli bounty huh? She head read the bounty hunter system back to cover and although it was acceptable for bounty hunters to often come in and deliver their bounties in person the exchange was usually held outside the marine gates somewhere else to deliver the cash for the prisoner, this was a protocol break and no one seemed to realize or perhaps no one really cared because the bounty in question was so low and they figured they could handle it with him handcuffed.
"I'll suppose I'll stay back for now..hide in the shadows to observe the situation.." Iris mumbled to herself as she slipped back into the crowd to watch as the bounty hunter was escorted by a elderly officer to the holding cells, another and even more serious breach of protocol. Earlier in her visit she had already secured a set of keys to the holding cells so when the other marines walked inside with the prisoner she stood outside the doors listening in on the situation.
She could hear the sound of the other inmates gladly welcoming their newest doomed convict and then the new prisoner talking to Weregura cheerfully as if he was happy which wasn't a good sign, from their the situation went from okay to utter chaos as through the slotted bars she could see a little boy pop out of the prisoner's clothing and quickly darted around the room as the main prisoner engaged her fellow officers and the kid stole a gun giving it to Weregura only for him to shoot an officer in the back. Iris took a deep sigh, this disaster were going to cause some marine officers massive demotions if not charged with being accomplishes but more than that she was anger at the fact this man brought in a kid to help him commit a large crime and a breakout
Taking out her marine sanctioned den-den mushi Iris turned It on and began speaking, "This Ensign Iris Trembley. The Marine base has been infiltrated by a 12 million bounty head and accomplishes in order to secure Weregura , block off all exits and entrances to the base. I'll be engaging with the hostiles." Iris said beyond the door before turning off her den den mushi opening the door with her key and locking it putting the key between her breasts as she used shave to quickly reach Weregura stepping to the side of the gun he was holding so he couldn't shoot her to grab it and send electro coursing through it so he let go as she snatched it away from his hand. "Big mistake your making.." She said as she took out the bullets putting it in her pocket and then using shave once more to swiftly get behind the kids back and send a swift karate chop to the back of his neck to knock him out so he wouldn't be any more trouble.
"You not only added to your own crimes and Weregura's..but now this kid will be wanted as well for three separate crimes, he won't be able to walk away from this.." Iris said very sadly but with a deep frown showing she was angry, "What's your name..?" She said calmly

"Don't you dare insult him!" Rigel shouted. He was enraged that this strange woman had just bounced onto the scene, smacking Murray around and ignoring Rigel. "I don't make people do anything. He had the balls to walk into your shitty little base all on his own," Rigel said truthfully. As the words spilled out of his mouth, he found the truth in them. Murray was putting his life and his name on the line because Rigel had stolen him from the marines. The kid was willing to walk back into the lion's jaw for the guy that had pulled him from it in the first place. "You wouldn't understand, go take some orders somewhere else!"
The marine before him was a strange sight to behold, one that Rigel would only really contemplate in retrospect. She had huge amounts of hair spilling of her head, moving in a sort of flow when she ran. Her skin also seemed to show signs of scarring and marking. Compared to the more normal looking marines that Rigel had met, she was a sort of anomaly. In the moment, of course, he only cared about what the woman had done to his friend, not about what she looked like, and not for her questions put towards him.
Rigel knew that the marines would descend upon him quickly, but this woman had done so far faster than he'd expected. The plan hinged on causing chaos inside the prison by freeing all the criminals caught in the holding cells. If he was unable to do that, then the marines would quickly overwhelm Rigel. "Meyye, Sakeith!" From the top of his lungs, Rigel roared for his other allies to arrive on the scene. "Apologies, Weregura," he said, a bit quieter, eyes focused on the marine in front of him. "Mind if I break you out before we have a chat?"
The guy inside the cell laughed nervously. Weregura rubbed his hands together, the pain of that electric shock fading fast. "You kinda dragged me into this, emerald eyes." In a lower tone, he said, "Thanks for the coffee, miss," he said to Iris. "But, I think I'd rather be friends with the one getting me out of prison than the one keeping me in it." Trying hard to speak up, his voice squeaking a bit, Weregura said, "Get my men and me out of here, emerald eyes, and I'll talk as long as ya like."
"Deal." Rigel readied his body for a fight, taking a crouching stance for a split second. "Apus Catch!" Rigel exploded into a burst of speed, lunging towards the marine's body. If his technique struck true, he would pin the marine to the bars of the cell behind her with his outstretched arm. If he could force the marine into the arm, then he'd bank on Weregura pinning her to the bars, giving him a chance to chase down the shot marine for the holding keys. If failed, he prepare to fight cautiously against the marine. Despite calling for his other allies, with the woman having locked the doors, unbeknownst to Rigel, Meyye and Sakeith were locked out of the small prison, just like the other marines.

As soon as she asked his name the guy started yelling at her for apparently disrespecting the kid, it seemed the story was that the kid wasn't forced but chose to do this possibly to pay him back for rescuing him from the marines in the first place, Iris eyes gazed to the kid she just knocked out, there was obviously something she was unaware of to make this kid be wanted by the marines but either way what the guy just did really didn't help him.
"You're right I don't understand. But what I do understand is if the kid was consciousness during this affair he would be charged quite heavily, which is why I knocked him out so I can vouch you forced him to do this. If you already made the effort to break him out only to bring him back in a little white lie on his behalf won't matter to you I hope." Iris said as the guy seemed to peer into her, it was obvious he didn't think much of her but sending a kid to a life in jail..that wasn't something she was willing to do if she could avoid it, even if it meant lying to the World Government itself.
She observed as his eyes seem to scatter around as if plotting something before calling out for two names and addressing Weregura telling him he had to wait until he broke him out to have a chat, the latter laughing nervously but assuring if he was able to break him out he would speak as long as he liked before turning to her and apologizing that he would rather side with the one breaking him out then her since she wasn't willing to do so. "All is fair in love and war~" Iris said quickly dismissing the betrayal easily.
However with the deal struck by the two the man bent down attempting to pounce on her, but while he was in the air he would find that she would disappear swiftly using Shave once more but this time instead of running she would appear behind him, her only arm on the floor in a handstand as she thrust a swift kick to his lower back area aiming to kick him right into Weregura's prison bars before leaping back. She wouldn't attack again right away unless he went on another assault and instead talked, "I may not understand some things that lead to this situation but I understand when someone's faking which is why before I entered I locked the doors and left the key outside and had a close friend of mine set up a defensive perimeter around the base, I'm afraid you're friends won't be able to help you here." Iris looked outwards towards the groggy marine's that were starting to get up, she walked over to them and kicked them clean in the head to put them back to sleep before turning back to the others.
Iris smiled, "Instead I have a proposal of my own." Iris expression shifted into a serious one as she looked at Weregura, "He has done some things but he is a good man that tried to do right, technically a prison break is real crime but I'm willing to let that slide." Iris then turned towards the kid, "I don't know what he's done but I assume the marine's want him for a reason and with this accident they can take advantage of him as well as send him to prison." Iris finally turned towards the guy who attacked her, "This is my proposal 12M head-san, We fight it out to make the scenario look real and then I let you and your friends walk with just Weregura in exchange for the kid, I assure you I will make sure none of this gets pinned on him and he will be able to walk away from all this with a clean record. Weregura men..it already be hard enough to escape with a small group of Weregura and you're friends I'm afraid if you take his man you won't make it out of this cleanly."

Rigel pulled his body off the prison bars, feeling the karma in soreness across his body. The woman was supposed to be the one thrown against the jail cell. He'd paid for not taking her little disappearing trick into account. As he listened, he tried to calmly evaluate her words. A friend and a defensive perimeter could be a bluff, but if it was true then it wouldn't just be marines, but bounty hunters, like buzzards, would encircle the prison too. Her deal was surprisingly reasonable for someone that wasn't asking for a bribe or any sort of personal incentive. It was even more surprising to see her strike her own comrades. There was a good chance the deal she offered was genuine.
"Yeah, take her deal! You've got no chance, emerald eyes!" Weregura spouted. The other prisoners in the neighboring cells jeered at him, pleading for Rigel to fight back and not take the deal.
"I thought you were on my side," Rigel complained, putting the marine back in his gaze. "What's with the flip-flopping? You better be worth all this trouble. Plus she said you wouldn't be able to bring your men."
Weregura took a break from yelling at the other prisoners to reply, "Hey, that was before I saw you get your ass kicked. I thought you'd be a bit stronger if you were gonna break into a marine prison! You're telling me this kid's more important than me?"
"That's not the point!" Rigel yelled back. "You," he returned his attention to the marine. "Stop talking like everything's already said and done. Murray's not some thing, I'm not trading him away to anybody. Here's a counter offer, switch places with Weregura and watch as I free everybody in this prison!" At these words, the few dozen prisoners were whipped into a frenzy. Even if they didn't think he could beat the marine, the faint glimmer of hope at breaking free was enough to breathe life into them, and their cheers reignited Rigel's spirit. Assuming she refused his kind offer, Rigel would move on from negotiating.
The marine that Weregura shot held the keys to the cells, as he was assigned to locking up Rigel's holding cell. Chasing after the slippery little devil of a woman seemed pointless. He bolted for the keys, staying close to the bars. If the marine followed close behind, one of the excited prisoners might reach out and snag her body, slowing her even a little. At first, he thought to keep an eye on the woman, but remembered how pointless it was to track her with his eyes. Instead, he tried to extend his senses to his body. If her form, full of life, energy and heat came near him, he'd react once she was too close to do anything about it. He'd unleash a Cassiopeia Dent on her form. If she didn't, then he'd be free to pick up the keys from the marine.
As Rigel kicked the plan into action, he found himself satisfied. Meyye and Sakeith being locked out of the fight was unlucky, but she'd cut off her own allies too. In a few moments, Rigel would have himself a small platoon of intensely dangerous criminals from across the Ranger Sea. Normally, he'd be worried about leaving Murray behind, but if she was willing to go to such lengths for a kid, then he safely ventured she wouldn't treat him as a hostage.

She crossed her arms after making her deal, she didn't show any hostility because honestly she wanted Weregura to walk free but the kid, the marines were rentless so even if he disappeared they would spend time searching for him until he was caught if they really wanted him, a crime on top of that would ensure he would never have a normal life or even a semblance of it. When Weregura insisted he take the deal she was almost certain he would coinsidering the man was his main objective.
Unforteunely with the shouting of the other prisoners egging him on to not take the deal since him doing so would mean they would be stuck and suddenly her plan busted in her face as he decided to not take the offer as she was pretending everything was set in stone and that the kid was some object to be traded away. Unknowingly that touched a really sensitive spot in Iris's heart, the fellng of being traded away like some object or treated like one was too fresh in her mind despite the years that had gone by, her intetnion was to save the kid from a future of chains but she had objectified him while doing so all the same.
Hyped up the guy decided to reject her offer instead offering that she get in Weregura cell so eh can walk away with him, the kid, and all the prisoners in their cells as well as his friends sending the entire block into a frenzy of cheers, "Overly ambitious of you." Seconds later he began bolting for the keys the marine from earlier held, quickly Iris took the bullets she had taken from the gun and added her own electro to it and flicking it at the prisoner closest to the body pass the bars and then cut him off by running around the other prisoners straight to the body while another bullet enhanced by electro and flicking it at his leg to give him minor shocks in an attempt to stop him just long enough to grab the key.
If she was successful she would take a moment reaching into her pocket grabbing her den den mushi turning it on "All units start searching for a men named Sakeith and his female companion, Meyye" Was all Iris said before turning it off and looking back at Rigel, "It's not too late to call off that search I just gave. I suggest you to take the deal, If not I have no problems having the officers close in on your friends outside and taking them to jail instead. Choose, the kids safety for Weregura and a way for you and you're friends safety out of her or lose everything for men you never wanted to save in the first place."
-As Rigel runs to body Iris uses the bullets she took from the gun earlier to flick it at the prisoner closest to the body at 5000 Speed and Agility for 3,300 damage with added electro damage.
-Cuts Rigel off by going completely around straight to the body and then flicks another bullet at 5000 Speed and Agility for 3,300 damage with added electro damage at his leg to stop him long enough to grab key
-Grabs the key if she is successful and then turns on den den mushi sending out a search for Rigel's outside help. Turns it off and once again tells him to take the deal for Weregura, a safe way out and his friends in exchange for the kid.

Rigel didn't see what she was doing, but heard a prisoner fall to the concrete of his cell floor. A neighboring prisoner started shouting for help. This marine was brutal enough to attack helpless prisoners. It enraged those who were still locked up, their words further fueling Rigel's dash for the keys. His trajectory was too obvious, and the marine dashed in front of Rigel. She hadn't used her little disappearing trick, but the pirate would be surprised if she actually stood her ground after all her frantic skittering about.
Rigel didn't care to stop, despite her taunting, despite her speed and despite her threats. She seemed intent to get Weregura out of prison, but Rigel's goals weren't easily compromised. Something small and quick escaped from her hand, a bite of electricity carried on it. The attack hit his leg, but he wouldn't care to stop. Her quick little tricks weren't reason enough to stop. "Threatening my comrades isn't a good way to earn my cooperation, you dirty marine. Bribes of money, I get, but a bribe of a little kid is disgusting! Now, don't get out of my way! I want this to hurt."
The prisoners had been full captured by the scene. Weregura was discerning, a little more nervous than most, but even he was being pushed to admire the guy's willingness to fight head on for close friends and total strangers alike. It was as baffling as it was thrilling. Whatever small glimmer of hope any of the prisoners had seen had widened a bit more. Much of them felt their lives end with being dropped into a prison, executions or life sentences facing them down. Some weird guy had broken in just to free them. Somebody that owed nothing to them. Even if the Emerald Eyed pirate wasn't actually acting selflessly, their perception of the situation was enough to give them that hope. That hope was translated into screams and cries of support towards the pirate, and jeers and shouts of intimidation towards the marine. They beat on the metal of their bars and the stone of the walls, desperate to take any action that might further expand that faint glimmer of light they saw. It being useless didn't dissuade them.
Sakeith and Meyye outside the holding cell had been waiting patiently for their bounty payment. They'd realized something was going on inside the holding cell, but it had been locked and nobody else could enter into it. Even the marines on the outside were advised not to enter. Taking dramatic action to try to get in would only put them under the sights of the marines, they decided to maintain their cover. Twelve and a half million beli was counted in neat little bundles that Sakeith began to reach for. "Your names?" the marine asked, "Standard procedure for keeping track of our little scoreboard."
"Shamar," Sakeith quickly said. "I'm the only bounty hunter, she's just a lackey." Meyye wanted to protest, but realized the importance of not drawing attention. Something was announced over the Den-den mushis held by a few marines, who quickly moved to form a perimeter. Sakeith froze, unsure of what this meant for Rigel's plan. "Everything okay?"
"Perfectly fine," the old clerk answered. "A little ruckus in the holding cells. We'll have it handled and you'll be on your way."
In the moment that the marine turned to the her downed comrade to find the keys, Rigel would press close to attack. The manic screaming of the prisoners pushing for Rigel's victory reverberated through his body. "Cygnus Pluck!" His fist would plant itself deep into the marine's back, intent on laying her out at Rigel's feet. She might've been tricky, but Rigel would be insistent on keeping her down on the floor of the prison if she tried getting back up. If the keys became clearly up for grabs, then he'd go for those instead.

After just barely managing to shoot through the slits of the bars Iris was able to temporary shock the prisoner allowing her to cut off rigel in his tracks then shoot a bullet at him to possibly slow him down enough so she could grab the key, Rigel was taunting her for shooting his comrades and feeling degust at not wanting money but instead of a kid as a bribe, "Don't you dare judge me, even if willingly you put a kid in harms way to achieve the goal of breaking someone out. Even if you manage to get all of them out of here things will eventually go side ways, these men won't hesitate to sacrifice the kid if it means they can make a deal and save their own skins." Iris said back snapping in response, her tone of voice sounded as if she absolutely believed what she said to be true, after all she had been in such a situation where she was betrayed. She quickly searched the knocked out marine but felt no key and she could hear the sound of Rigel's footsteps closing in.
With Rigel so close she would have to forgot about the key for a moment and turned around to dodge only for Rigel to be already on her, "Shit!" he was a pace behind but even so their was no room for her to avoid direct confrontation. It would have been so easy, give them the key and simply track them down, the kid already seemed to be on their side and with the prisoners acting as rowdy and headstrong as they were their sure to get themselves caught again. But she couldn't do that, looking at that kid..she saw herself in him, the part of her as a child that yearned for freedom only for that freedom to take away everything she had, her parents, her home, her arm. Freedom always paid a price to those who tried to defy the world for it and hers was being locked into a cage forced to beaten to a pulp for others entertainment for years, she couldn't stand the thought of any kid being locked away like that, not if she could help it.
As Rigel came at her so all she could do is turn around and let herself fall back onto her free hand and lifted her leg up tensing her muscles, "I felt more pain then you could ever hope to cause!" Iris said as Rigel's fist flew at her and she used her tensed leg to block it, she could feel the impact but at this point she was now fully prepared to fight for the kid which helped null the pain at least mentally. Her eyes tensed as she used her raw leg strength to push and then eventually swing her leg up causing Rigel's hand to go into the air as she twisted her hand and used her other leg to sweep kick to knock him down. at this point her body would twist as she landed on her other leg and took a leap back to gain some distance.

"These men can do whatever they please when they're freed!" Rigel would reply to the woman after his punch met her legs. She was quick to face him. Ever so quick. "I'm not freeing them so they won't hurt me or won't hurt my friends. I'm freeing them because men deserve to be free of all things!" His words, even if cliché were hopeful for those prisoners. They would further cheer his declaration. They were slowly becoming fanatics for the emerald eyed pirate. "You only think they're bad because they're on one side of the bars while you're on the other! See past that! Don't be blinded by iron!"
Rigel was shocked that his forceful punch was unable to deal any apparent damage to the marine. She was tough and fast. There was no end to the headaches she seemed capable of causing. His punch would stick to her blocking legs. The furry woman wanted to push Rigel's arms into the air, but the pirate would fight against that, spurred on by his own words and the cheering of the prisoners. Their fate only pushed him forward. Rigel, standing over the woman would overpower the woman, not letting her legs push him off to begin any counterattack. Instead, he'd try to force her away from the key, and towards the bars of another cell.
"Cepheus Law!" Rigel would quickly swap from repelling her push to gripping her legs and hurling the woman backwards, throwing her further from the downed marine and towards another prisoner's welcoming arms, confident they'd try to grab her. He could only hope she wasn't so cruel to the prisoner she'd attacked in the cell beside him. That prisoner seemed to be shaking off the effects of his electrified bullet, rising to his feet and spurring Rigel on. Other prisoners celebrated his survival and would celebrate Rigel's small victory against the marine.
If he was successful in creating distance between him and the marine, he'd start to dig for the key, looking to snatch it up and free the prisoner immediately to his right, the prisoner who had been attacked like him. Though he'd feel around for it on the downed marine's body, he'd keep his eyes and ears peeled for the marine to make another move. Rigel was no longer in a position where he'd have to give chase. The prisoner next to him, calmed by waking from his attack, would also be vigilant for the woman's moves, scared of being a victim of her attacks once more.
Outside of their doors, Sakeith and Meyye would grow more nervous. The marines had formed a tight formation around the cell block. Guns and swords were at the ready. They were being ordered around by some verbose fishman that Sakeith wasn't sure he could take in a fight. Even in the lobby of the marine base, they could hear the uproar coming from inside the prison. They each tried to weight the consequences of breaking in, but elected not to, trying to put their trust in the pirate that had led them.
