Edited Mermaid Sickle hoop to be around her fist instead of an expanding hoop for basic level. Mermaid Stream - Its the basics of the technique. So to maintain a basic level, I'v removed the capability of changing its direction until the Skillful level so hopefully this suffices at the basic level.
