Type: GNPC Rank: D Name: Kid Lang Age: 15 Gender: Male Race: Long-Leg Faction: Civilian Group: West Wing Co. Position: Sailor
Height: 6`2 Weight: 166 lbs Appearance: Kid Lang is a typical looking teen save for his long-legs that come from his heritage. He seems to always have his brows dropped in contemplation and his mouth bent in a frown. He has brown hair with the sides of his head shaved and the top fanning out wildly in all directions.
He usually is wearing the soccer uniform of his favorite team with some tube socks and tennis shoes to match. He typically dresses in black with accents of colors as stripes and checks or emblems on his clothes.
Personality: Mentally mature, naturally doubtful and pessimistic. Kid is a heavy thinker. He's always contemplating some grand mystery and greater unknowns like after death, outer-space, deep-sea, the meaning of life, etc. He hardly ever sees the light in things and often always comes to grim conclusions. He's not nihilistic to the degree he cares for nothing. Being around people who have passions and goals helps energize him and bring some light to his world. If there's anything he cherishes, it's friendship even if he does act annoyed with his only true friend Peache. Kid has a dark sense of humor and doesn't like doing things outside his comfort zone. He has tough nerves, but does have a limit to how much nonsense he'll tolerate. He'll complain, but he hardly lets things actually get him off balance. He's very laidback and a by the flow type. Who needs plans when you feel your life is doomed. Aspirations: Find a passion.
Home Blue & or Island: West Blue Background: Kid is born on a rough island outside the Iron Sea corrupted by weapons deals. He doesn't remember much of it, but he does remember much. All his memories of it are too bright to make clear of things. His parents eventually got the resources to flee and seek refuge in the Executive Isles as apart of the Worker's Pledge.
Kid grew up as an only child and with his parents working he spent a lot of time to himself and bored. He could see Executive Island's city from Marche Island where he lived and he always wanted to go, it looked exciting. He wasn't old enough to ferry to the city since he was alone, so long story short he stole a rowboat and began secretly sailing to Executive Island almost every day. He started exploring the city while mostly staying out of the way of bad things, but once he met Peache he began to get wrapped into situations just by association. In truth he detests Executive Island and sees it for what it truly is, but he's drawn to it, the danger and uncertainty of what's to come is what Kid lowkey lives for.
In his stolen boat he'd sail a bit off the coast. Nothing serious with waves and stuff, just to clear his mind or relax. Once he saw Caisa selling scrap ships for cheap, he suddenly became obsessed with the idea of sailing and owning a ship. Him and Peache hustled up the funds, by doing petty jobs like shoe shining and a bit of stealing, but together the duo got themselves a small sailboat.

Personality: Peache is a child who puts a lot on his own shoulders. He desperately wants to be seen as an adult and independent, but he still has the tendencies of a child like playing pranks. If someone openly doubts him, he feels the need to prove them wrong and sometimes he'll follow this impulse blindly. He bluffs and brags, he has a really smart mouth, but one has to admit he's also a great talker. He can be quite charismatic, charming even. But he's also sly, cunning, and manipulative to those who blindly put trust in him. He's a loyal spirit and bonds deeply with those he connects with, but he can be cold and merciful when it comes to his pride, glory, or the objective at hand. He may seem like all talk, but Peache is a ride or die who's hungry for respect. Aspirations: Earn prestige and respect
Home Blue & or Island: West Blue Background: Peache is one of the many sons of a merchant. His father set up on Executive Island many years before Peache was born and grew up in the same streets the tyke runs through now. He's the third youngest of seven, his older brothers are triplets and 10 years older than him. His father was so deeply committed to his oldest sons, that Peache felt invisible to his dad and over protected and babied by his mother. Once his mother had two more kids, Peache became completely invisible and began dipping in the streets. There he met Kid Lang and with his mouth, they got into lots of trouble. He soon began to be seen as the problem child once he started coming home with bruises or rumors about what he was doing circulating. His dad's business was doing good and for his son to be acting out of line made him angry and seemed ungrateful to him. Eventually his dad started beating him and his mother would hardly step in to stop him unless he was getting out of hand.
Peache grew to hate his father and even his family. When he turned 13 he left home for good. It was a hard world, but his pride wouldn't let him go back home. He forced himself to get grown and adapt to living on the street. He stole a a lot or shined shoes and washed windows for his money. To help Kid buy the ship from Caisa, he even stole from his family's shop out of resentment. Kid helped Peache not get too tough on himself or strung out. He hated how weak and out of control he felt in his life, but by joining the Caisa and the West Wing Co, he feels he can gain the power, respect, and control he wants.

Home Blue & or Island: South Blue Background: **Mature r*pe trigger warning**
Heat was born in the South Blue to a beautiful wolf mink woman. His life puts him at constant odds with the crime of the world. His contraception itself was a disgusting sin that went against his mother's will. Despite this Heat's mother loved her half mink half human son wholeheartedly.
When he was about 4 he and his mother were hunted by slavers. He had his ears clipped and a majority of his tail removed. It probably was made into a noble's keychain or some other tacky accessory. His mother was kept in-tact for the sake of being sold. Together they were shipped to the West Blue and his mother was enslaved in a prostitution ring in Executive Island's city.
He was expelled from the brothel when he was 6. This being when he found out exactly what it is his mother was doing. The guards and workers always slung cruel jokes at him. Calling him a "whore's son" was cutting him a break. He had managed to sneak into the room while his mom was with a customer and what he saw, heard, felt, just everything infuriated him. He rushed the man and savagely ate into the man's neck with his fangs and until he killed him.
When he was 9 he felt he mustered the grit he felt he needed to finally try to take his mother from the brothel. He managed to get into the brothel undetected and face to face with his mother. She was in horrible shape and had been hooked on drugs ever since she was told he was killed for the incident and plummet in business he caused. They tried to, many times in fact, but Heat was hard to kill. "My son? Haha my dead son! He came for his whore mother! Hahaha!" He was stunned, enraged, but also broken. He couldn't swallow or even manage to take a breath. tears swelled, but crying was weak, so he rejected it and instead he yelled in anguish and he killed her. He has yet to digest or even let his mind sort through what he did that day. He just tells himself he was putting her out of her misery, which it could be seen as. In his heart however, and perhaps he doesn't even know, but in the moment he acted on feelings of hate towards his mother. From there Heat just lived in endless delusion. Like a fien himself, he went on a binge for anything that'd distract his mind and let forget his life and make him feel good. He started drinking, doing low drugs like depressants, uppers like amphetamines, and these all went well with some violence.
Get to age 16 and he's hunting down Blue for the money on his head. Caisa who was also looking for Blue breaks up their fight and Blue got away. Pissed, Heat went for Caisa's head only to be bested each and every time and nearly effortlessly. The taste of defeat was sobering, both figuratively and literally. It was also what began to make Heat idolize Caisa. He came at him over 50 times with serious killing intent, even in the dead of night and he's only been able to cut Caisa one time. That strength is what Heat wanted, it was what he needed. For the first time in his life he tucked away his fangs and hate and prostrated himself. He could tell Caisa was a similar being as him through their encounters. Especially his missing wing. But the way Caisa seemed so put tame, and respected despite it, Heat was awe-struck.
Caisa was putting together the West Wing Company and already had Kid-Lang, Peache, and Majima onboard at the time. His first impression of Heat was poor, but he saw the teen's talent and heart. Him doing what he did was a big statement, he had a big reputation, Caisa recognized that and decided to give him a chance.

Type: GNPC Rank: D Name: Doro(ra) Age: ??? (9) Gender: Male Race: Cookiecutter-Shark Fishman Faction: Civilian Group: West Wing Co. Position: Sailor
Height: 4`7 Weight: 90 lbs Appearance: Doro is a short beady eyed fishman with a soft blue complexion. Due to his disfigurement from the Rain Plague he looks much more fish like. His skin is scales and his spinal fins are very prominent. Despite how primal he looks, Doro still walks upright like he should. He has webbed and clawed hands that have thumbs and feet to match. He doesn't really wear clothes, but sometimes he'll throw on a sports jacket or a hat.
Personality: He's very expressive for someone who can't talk. To compensate he's very verbal with his expressions. Jumping for joy or to get someone's attention, playing charades, talking with his hands, etc. He's a child so he's hyper, but his mannerisms are much like an old man's. He'll angry babble and grumble to himself, shake his fist at kids, and laugh at things that don't even seem funny. Doro is quick to bond with people who treat him well, since he's been mistreated his whole life. On the other end of that scale, he has his own shit list and he remembers it well. That includes his favorites to play pranks on as well as people who he'll curse to the day he dies.
Despite his appearance, he's not ashamed of his form at all. Aspirations: Reunite with his dad on Del Maris.
Home Blue & or Island: West Blue Background: Unfortunately for Doro during his mother's term of pregnancy carrying him, she contracted the Rain Plague's illness. It was a miracle the toxic didn't her child in the womb, but it horribly defected him. He came out looking more fish than man, he didn't even develop vocal chords and could only make beast like growls and barks. His mother's weak body couldn't hold up from birthing him, that alone was an amazing feat. She got to hold her child in her arms alongside his father and together they gazed upon him with love and his mother named him Doro before passing.
His father would raise his son alone and be antagonized and harassed by humans and fishmen alike. The latter condemning Doro as a disgrace to the fishman race and treating him as a literal retard because of his inabilities. Fishmen that were plagued were often treated like this. The Rain Plague was unreasonably blamed on the aquatic race as a whole, so those who validated that stereotype were despised. Doro's father took him and fled to Del Maris, but the land without law got the better of him and his son was taken from him. Doro was sold to a drug den for a mere 5,000,0000 Beli as a guard dog. He was chained and leashed and only fed when he played his role. Even when he did he was still beat and treated worse than a dog. Caisa was doing business with his owners and decided to fetch a price for him. The owner thought it was pretty funny, but he sold him to Caisa for 3,500,000 and Caisa put him to work.
Doro, who wasn't dumb, he just couldn't speak, was offended at the thought of being bought off like property once again. He wanted to go back to his father, so now with a new owner, he'd have his opportunity to escape. To his surprise his new owner had humanity and Doro wasn't kept on a leash and actually was treated with some respect, but still he was property. That night he left.
Caisa didn't take it as a loss, because he knew Doro would make a run for it, in fact he wanted him to. On Doro's way, he quickly found out he didn't know how to get where he wanted, nor did he know where he was now. He was lost in an ugly world. As fate would have it, he encountered Majima, a street medic who was returning from a trip of gathering herbs. He treated Doro's wounds from his previous home and this single act of care bonded Doro to Majima. He had no idea where the medic was going, but he wasn't going to leave his side, but the moment when Doro saw he was en route to Executive Island he took it all back. He squawked and grabbed Majima's shirt and facepalmed and quacked at him as if he were speaking, he was furious. Somewhere along the way however, he settled with the idea of having to return to the Company. Majima was confused, but he decided to accompany Doro on his way to wherever he was going to ensure he made it safely. The Company was surprised to see Doro returning and Majima was surprised to see he was walking Doro to this address. It wasn't home to Doro, but he was getting treated well and he couldn't manage to make it alone.
Since then he started learning how to sail and navigate, much to his pleasure. He began to enjoy being apart of the company and lost the desire to desert, but still does want to visit his father.

Height: 6ft Weight: 158lbs Appearance: Majima is a brown skin, hard faced young man. He also seems so serious, though he's actually pretty tender hearted. He has sharp hawk like eyes and a beak like nose.
He wears navy blue blazer and a sky blue dress shirt with a tucked gold chain up top. Then matching navy blue pants and dress shoes on his feet. He'll sometimes wear jewlery on his wrist too like bracelets or watches.
Personality: Majima is a twisted up individual. He grew up aboard a pirate ship, so he witnessed many inhumane things from a young age and became desensitized to a lot. In a way this matured him, his childhood innocence was taken from him pretty early. He didn't like the violence, he still doesn't, but he learned to tolerate it and that it was just apart of the world and what happens to people. For this reason, though he's not morally evil, he can support or even participate in it evil and not feel much guilt or remorse as long as he sees a greater purpose for it.
He's very responsible, well organized, smart, and is quick to profile. He has a natural thirst for knowledge and this makes him quite nosey even though he tries to feign aloofness. He can be a real worry wart and lose his cool, especially at times where he has to rely on others. He's confident in his abilities, but lacks faith in his comrades at times when stress is high. He's a very honest and open hearted individual and has no problems with telling people the hard truth, mark it up to his medical background. He has a pretty dry sense of humor as a medic, but he loves a good time and is actually very compassionate at his core.
Aspirations: Journey the world and encounter his father on the seas.
Home Blue & or Island: West Blue Background: Son of a pirate, Majima got a taste of the adventure the world had to offer at a young age. When Majima was 10, out on the sea his father got gravely injured and lost his leg. He saw it as a time to retire and quit his crew to settle on Executive Island and teach his son the family trade, doctoring. Together the two ran a street clinic to make ends meet. His father did most of the technical work, but Majima was a great assistant. Eventually when he was 15 his father got a message from one of his old crewmates who was sailing the world as an explorer now. He was rounding up a crew to go into the New World. It'd be dangerous, but they wouldn't be drawing attention to themselves as pirates.
Majima was eager for his father to accept so they could hit the seas again. Problem was his father accepted and left Majima behind, telling him to take care of the clinic for him. His expedition was scheduled to take at least 4 years. At first Majima was ok with waiting and he tended to the clinic, but once it came upon a year since his father had been gone, the teen was fed up. He wanted to hit the seas and leave Executive Island, but he didn't know how he'd manage to do that. Through one of his patients he heard about Caisa's budding delivery service. It piqued his interest, but he didn't have any interest being a delivery boy, let alone associated with those thugs.
One day when he was out gathering some ingredients from the Isles, he encountered Doro who had just fled from the West Wing Company, but was lost. Despite Doro's appearance and inability to speak, he helped Doro onboard his small ship. What caught his eye was the young fishman's various wounds. He literally looked like an escaped slave. Majima immediately began to treat him as they made way back to Executive Island. There Majima nursed Doro back to health before coming along with the fishman to his home, which to Majima's surprise was West Wing Company's building.
At first he was infuriated and felt his judgement of them being thugs was confirmed until Doro's act of charades and an explanation from Caisa cleared up the air and he saw the company was actually sheltering Doro. This alone wasn't enough to get Majima to join their ranks however.
It took time and many visits from Doro and seeing the Fishman continue to grow his navigation talents under Caisa's supervision. With no other outs to get off Executive Island and to begin his own log of adventure Majima decided to offer his talents to the company. Working as Caisa's assistant, he's come to see his vision and become a true supporter of the Company and its potential. Relations:
