Not willing to stay weaker then a mere Celestial Dragon's guard Iris wanders off in the middle of the night to train herself in the wild lands of Yoruba wit the warring factions running wild in every corner.
After training for two days Iris runs into a group of pirates taking safety in a cave only to be threatened by a bear defending it's home, unaware of it at this time Iris saves them anyway in which they assume she is a lonesome pirate and ask for her to help them with their mission objective so their captain doesn't kill them, finding the alliance beneficial towards her marine standing as well as crippling her enemy Iris agrees and helps the pirates. Background: Lewis was born on Java island into a poor household running a farm, as the only son of the family he worked along side his father and his uncle's to run the farm and although it was meticulous work he did it was great pride because it was something that kept food and drink on the table and that was all he could ask for. However by the age of twelve his home was raided by a group of straying Vikings, they set fire to his farm and took the cattle, killing his father and uncle and his sisters and mother were taken as mere tools of pleasure.
His sisters and mother as well as himself would be taken hostage, the women used to serve the Vikings while he was assigned as the chef helper in exchange for keeping the surviving members of his family alive. Lewis worked on the boat for three years, ever vigilant for his chance to escape with his mother and sisters and the opportunity came when the Viking's attacked the wrong ship on the wrong night, with a single movement somewhat had cut not only the Vikings but the entire ship itself with a blade movement causing it to sink into the water. Despite destroying the ship the defenders took him and his family in and gave them freedom, but Lewis realized that freedom wasn't free unless he was strong and so he asked for the mysterious swordsmen to train him.
As an adult he now works in the revolutionary army under the direct command of Taylor Mosa, the wife of the man who saved him and his family both as a chef and swordsmen.
