The scenery of Gabriel's party was far grander than anything Raphael had ever seen. Even the magnificent home of his former employer, who was also a noble even if he wasn’t on the level of Gabriel, paled in comparison to the luxurious venue. The noble had converted one of his large ships into a hall of sorts and had spared no expense in decorating it. The absolutely massive ship was covered in golden ornaments and looked stunning. ‘Wow, maybe I’m a little underdressed’ Not knowing what to expect, Raphael had shown up wearing his typical white tunic, matching shorts and sandals; that attire simply wouldn’t do at such a fancy party. Raphael corrected his fashion disaster in the only way he knew how; running off screen, Raphael presumably met with some form of tailor. This was evident from his attire upon returning to view.
Rachel’s party-specific outfit is highlighted by a black, two-button notch lapel two-piece suit. While Raphael works at the party it's donned with a white shirt adorned with black pinstripes. With Lucille on his back, a red tie, and a pair of black gloves; Raphael finally looked ready for the party and for any issues that may arise during it. The sun was just beginning to set, and Raphael prepared himself for the long night ahead.
Entering the boat from the gangplank, he walked from the decorated yet empty upper deck down to the densely populated interior of the magnificent ship. Entering what appeared to be a giant dining room, with over 100 people inside along with waiters walking around serving all sorts of delicious hors d'oeurves, Raphael realized that he must've been a bit late to begin his duties. The party was in full swing, including what appeared to be a fight between two valets and a native of the Island of Yoruba. There were many spectators to this altercation, but the most notable of them was definitely the furious face of Gabriel's housecarl. Upon noticing Raphael, his fury was directed directly towards the thief, "Where have you been? You're over an hour late, and you're not wearing the right clothes."
Raphael listened to the furious words of the man, but he had a hard time forcing himself to care. "Whatever, I'm here now. Whats the deal with the dorks in the stupid hats." When Raphael said stupid hats, he was referring to both the hats that were included in the uniform he hadn't worn as well as the headgear worn by the Shandorian guardian. The face of the butler somehow got even redder at Raphael's words, as he struggled to contain his rage,"Go and stop this conflict this instant, and then you will either wear the proper uniform or you will leave this party." Raphael simply rolled his eyes before walking to the three individuals that were currently locked in combat. "Hey guys, would you mind not stealing the attention away from me?"
An Eagle and a Fox formed an intimate friendship and decided to live near each other. The Eagle built her nest in the branches of a tall tree, while the Fox crept into the underwood and there produced her young. Not long after they had agreed upon this plan, the Eagle, being in want of provision for her young ones, swooped down while the Fox was out, seized upon one of the little cubs, and feasted herself and her brood. The Fox on her return, discovered what had happened, but was less grieved for the death of her young than for her inability to avenge them. A just retribution, however, quickly fell upon the Eagle. While hovering near an altar, on which some villagers were sacrificing a goat, she suddenly seized a piece of the flesh, and carried it, along with a burning cinder, to her nest. A strong breeze soon fanned the spark into a flame, and the eaglets, as yet unfledged and helpless, were roasted in their nest and dropped down dead at the bottom of the tree. There, in the sight of the Eagle, the Fox gobbled them up.
