Doriki is a reflection of how much a character has been invested in, it can most notably be related to experience points in an rpg. It is to be invested in Attributes, to increase their capabilities, thus making a character perform better.
EARNING Doriki is most commonly earned by completing Quest, which are story scenarios of varying lengths created by the players. Doriki can also be earned by making IC discoveries of Encyclopedia contents, engaging in combat, achieving Feats, writing quality story/plot, and character development. It's all about what you do and how big you do it. There are two types of Doriki that can be found on an individual’s profile. The rest is assumed to have been put into the character's Attributes.
Total Doriki– the total amount of Doriki accrued over a character’s lifetime.
Free Doriki – unspent Doriki awaiting assignment.
Doriki is earned and assigned to Attributes in multiples of 50.
ATTRIBUTES Attributes are the statistics of your character. They guide on how to properly illustrate and understand your character's capabilities and limitations. The attributes are as follows:
STRENGTH & POWER The raw force that a character can produce with their bodies, through their weapons, by lifting, pushing, etc. This extends to the potency of powers that stem from the character's Strength as well such as flying slashes, flames like from Diable Jambe or shockwaves from Hasshoken. This Attribute is used primarily to cause damage. Does not effect Devil Fruits powers.
ENDURANCE & DURABILITY A character’s ability to resist a damage as well as how long they can keep on fighting.
SPEED & AGILITY This Attribute enhances the potential of a character’s flexibility, acrobatic ability, coordination, movement speed, and attack speed. Has no bearings on reflex speed.
PERCEPTION & WITS Perception deals with the five senses and, when we take into account Haki, the six senses characters possess. This attribute enhances how strong our senses are, how fast we process information we get from our senses give us, and how much detail we can get as well. When it comes to garnering mental advantages and crafting well layered plans, this attribute will aid you.
SPIRIT & WILLPOWER Spirit & Willpower is associated with a character’s fortitude, perseverance, and the strength of their identity. With great enough mental strength, a person can ignore the limitations of their body, tolerate immense amounts of pain, and rise or act even when their consciousness has slipped away. The power of a character’s Haki is determined by this attribute
DEVIL FRUIT This applies to how strong the powers you generate with your Devil Fruit are. How great your healing is, how strongly your flames burn, how sharp and durable your strings are. Basically anytime you are moving with, defending or attacking with your Devil Fruit or using Skills this Attribute will be taken into account and translate into other Attributes like Strength & Power, Endurance & Durability, etc.
IDLE RATING+ TRAITS Idle Rating+ is a Trait that refers to the candid Doriki output of an Attribute when a character is idle, meaning not using Skills or under the influence of buffs. All Attribute's Idle Rating+ Trait is at 50% save for Spirit & Willpower and if they've ingested a Devil Fruit, their Devil Fruit Attribute. These two always operate at 100%
This Trait takes the amount of Doriki allocated into an Attribute and reduces it by that percentage. Each Attribute has it's own Idle Rating+ Trait that can be increased as a character grows.
ATTRIBUTES & DORIKITIERS TIERS* Tiers are letter grades assigned to represent thresholds of Doriki. There are seven Tiers: E, D, C, B, A, S, & U. Tiers represent the caliber of the Attribute in question and certify someone's Attribute as to being however potent. For instance, a character with S-Tier Strength & Power would be seen as a monster, while someone with D-Tier Strength & Power is just breaking into superhuman.
That said, the sole purpose of Tiers is to exist are Requirements for Traits. The higher the Tier requirement for a Trait, the more inherently powerful the abilities the Trait allows will be seen, since it calls for a higher level or power.
*When first allocating your Doriki on your Seafarer's Log after character creation, the Tiers of your Attributes are decided by how you allocate your starting Doriki. There are no limits as to what Tier an Attribute can begin at, but after you first set your Doriki values whatever Tier your Attributes qualify for is what they will be considered until proper Tier-Ups.
FEATS Feats are how you climb Tiers.* They are the combination of quality writing and amazing accomplishments that highlight a character's might, proficiency, and progress. A great example would be when Zoro cut steel in Alabasta. There was a lot leading up to and depending that moment and that's what made it such a spectacle or a Feat. It is crucial to have great surrounding text that builds momentum to the accomplishment. If Zoro had just walked up and one-shot Mr. 1 on his first try without much a fight, the deed loses a lot of its luster and wouldn't really be considered much of a Feat.
Feats are best amassed in Quest, however, that doesn't mean they can't be acquired in Free Topics.
*Feats also are how Traits are upgraded, but this page is about Attributes.
TIER-UPS Tiers are gates. E-U, a character must break through these gates and proceed into the next bracket. This is not as simple as amassing Doriki. Once you reach the Maximum within a Tier i.e. E Tier's Maximum ,E+, is 6,000 Doriki, you'll need to Tier-Up before you can allocate more Doriki into that Attribute. Tier-Ups require at least 1 new Feats since your last Tier-Up. The splendor of the Feats should reflect the Tier they are looking to jump into.
The amount of Doriki an Attribute has put into it influences the need of Feats. Having the Max. amount of Doriki it doesn't erase the need of Feats, but it does dampen the requirement or the required hype of the Feat. In turn, applying for a Tier-Up below the Avg. and closer to the Min. calls for greater Feats or a larger sum of Feats than normal.
Tier-Ups should be applied for on one's Seafarer Log.
Feat: (Quick explanation of the Feat accomplished. i.e. Cut steel, lifted an iceberg.) Tier: (What Tier is the Feat. Steel has B Avg. SUB-TIERS Within each Tier are three Sub-Tiers which are even smaller divisions of Doriki, Minimum, Average, and Maximum. This creates a total of 21 degrees of Doriki.
Minimum/Min.: The minimum amount of Doriki required to acquire that Tier. E-,D-,C-,B-,A-,S-,U-
Average/Avg.: This is an amount of Doriki that exist between your current Rank's Minimum and Maximum. E,D,C,B,A,S,U.
Maximum/Max.: The maximum amount of Doriki one can have while in that Tier. E+,D+,C+,B+,A+,S+,U+

The hierarchy is as follows. E-,E,D-,E+,D,C-,D+,C,B-,C+,B,A-,B+,A,S-,A+,S,U-,S+,U,U+. Note, the letter pattern is note a straight shot. One can enter into a Tier prematurely, the sole purpose for this is to allow those with appropriate Feats to get ahead and begin meeting Trait Requirements early since they've shown something similar to gifted-ness in an Attribute. Tiering-Up to the Min. will jump your Doriki to that value if you are below it.
ACTIONS COMBAT CALCULATOR Actions do not operate off of raw values Doriki. After accounting for your Idle Rating, buffs or debuffs, from Skills, Traits, etc, our Doriki is converted into 1 of these 21 Sub-Tiers (rounding down). i.e. If your Speed & Agility is 110,000 Doriki and you have an Idle Rating of 70%, this would cut your Speed & Agility to 77,000 when you run at you full speed. 77,000 Doriki would round down to translate to A-. (70,000 Doriki).
The Combat Calculator has all the tools needed, even examples, to allow for a streamline computation. There is even Tier button that will tell you the Tier the displayed value falls under.
